A client story

What changed for one couple

Two salaries, one shared account of what was actually going on. The numbers moved because the order things happen in changed.

Where the money goes on payday

Now
Both salaries · 25th AUTOMATIC ON THE 25TH Bills accountCard paymentSavings what's left Spending for the month His 150 · no questionsHer 150 · no questions
The change isn't a budget — it's the order things happen in. Bills, the card payment and savings leave on the 25th, automatically. Whatever is in the spending account after that is genuinely theirs, which is why the 150 each stopped being an argument.

Debt, month by month

10,0000 Month 0Month 6 first card closed 9,800 3,900
They closed the first card in month five. Same income throughout — the money that had been servicing that card went straight to the second one, which is why the last stretch moved fastest.

Money set aside

2,0000 Month 0Month 6 nothing for three months 1,800
It stayed at zero while they cleared the worst of the card. Saving only started once the automatic transfer existed — not once they felt ready.

The Saturday conversation, week by week

Week 1Week 34
Thirty-one of thirty-four. The three gaps are weeks four, five and seven — the point where Rand said it felt like an audit. They moved it from Sunday night to Saturday morning and it stuck.

Every argument about money

3 months beforeToday
Each mark is one argument. They don't stop at the first session — they thin out over about four months, which is roughly how long it took the new routine to feel normal.

“He didn't fix our budget. We could do the maths. He made us say the numbers out loud to each other every week until it stopped being frightening.”

What Actually Happens
When You Do the Work

Unfiltered feedback from people who were skeptical — and then weren't.

Peace of mind

Find calm, confidence, and clarity — no more financial panic, just progress.

Ali helped me stop freaking out every time I opened my banking app. Now I only freak out every other time.

– Probably doing better now

Simplicity

Automation and small weekly actions — finally understand your money with ease.

Ali explained money in a way I could actually understand. I'm both impressed and slightly offended it was that simple.

– "Former" financial disaster

Budgeting reimagined

Spend intentionally on what makes you happy. Stop wasting on what doesn't.

I used to think "budget" was a punishment. I mean it is — but Ali somehow made it feel less like one.

– Recovering impulse spender

Long-term habits

Build habits that grow your wealth instead of draining it.

I thought I needed more money. Ali showed me I needed better habits. Still wouldn't mind more money though.

– Work in progress

Honest audit

Find exactly where your money is leaking — and where it's actually going.

Ali told me my spending was "interesting." I'm still not sure if that was a compliment.

– Professional online orderer

Note from Ali: it was not.

Still skeptical?

Even skeptics come around. Results don't care about doubt.

I wasn't sure any of this would work. Then it did. Annoying, but in a good way.

– Converted skeptic

Family Certified

Still skeptical? Even my family's starting to think I might know what I'm talking about.

Ali won't stop talking about money. At this point, let's hope he actually knows what he's doing.

– Ali's brother
